Refund Policy

RETURNS

Our refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back without first contacting us.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, contact us through the contact methods available on our website.

SHIPPING

To return your product, you should follow the return instructions provided upon contacting us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over a certain value, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

RETURN AND REFUND PROCESSING

All returns and refunds are processed at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to deny any return or refund request that does not comply with the terms outlined in this policy.

For defective or damaged products, we will replace the product or issue a full refund, including all applicable shipping charges. In such cases, we may require photographic evidence of the defect or damage before authorizing a return.

ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS

Some types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Please note that personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective or damaged.

Products purchased through third-party retailers or marketplaces must be returned according to the respective retailer’s return policy. We cannot process returns for items not purchased directly through our official website.

EUROPEAN UNION AND UK RESIDENTS

If you are a resident of the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have specific statutory rights regarding returns and refunds. These legal rights are not affected by our refund policy terms.

For EU and UK consumers: You have a legal right to cancel a contract for the purchase of goods within 14 days of receiving the goods (“cooling-off period”) and receive a refund. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to cancel within this 14-day period. You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days after informing us of your cancellation. We will reimburse you for the price paid for the goods and the cost of standard delivery. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of unnecessary handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
